Slipstone White Flesh Peach
The humble peach is one of the most versatile stone fruits around - great to eat straight off the shelf, or cooked into a whole range of desserts or to even add a hint of caramel flavour to salads (top tip: grill peach halves or wedges on the BBQ to infuse the fruit with a smooth, smoky flavour).
These locally grown white flesh peaches are sweeter than their yellow-flesh siblings and are slightly more delicate, so handle with care to prevent bruising.
