Baby Cherry Truss Tomatoes have become so popular they have blown their rival tomatoes out of the water, and once you’ve tasted them you can see why. They’re sweet, juicy and the perfect addition to any meal. These beauties are grown on the vine, making them ideal for roasting, which incidentally gives them a much richer flavour. We’ve added the below recipe to our repertoire, and we haven’t looked back!

Place tomatoes on oven tray, and cover them with combined garlic, oil and vinegar. Roast, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until tomatoes soften. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan and deep-fry basil until crisp. Sprinkle tomatoes with basil, and voila! The perfect side dish.
